Fantastic Stay!

The staff was helpful. A staff member provided a map with marked sights. They also gave us bus routes. I found this useful, it helped us maximize our time. I am very grateful for the amazing experience.

The air conditioning was not very powerful. It was difficult to adjust, so the room sometimes felt stuffy. It was a minor inconvenience but definitely worth mentioning.

central location with excellent service

central location good breakfast

the hotel is about a 12 minute walk from the train station. we easily walked to many places including ponte vecchio. the shower had good water pressure and a good size. the breakfast was reasonably priced.

i found the room a bit smaller than expected. the air conditioning could not be adjusted easily. it felt a little stuffy. i was not offered any compensation for these issues.

Convenient stay near the station

ample space luggage storage comfortable temperature amazing shower

The hotel was very clean I noticed. The room had plenty of space for luggage storage, it was definitely a big plus. The air conditioning worked GREAT. It kept the room at a comfortable temperature during my entire stay. The bathroom included an amazing shower too.

The street outside was quite busy! Though i didn't hear any noise inside the room.

The breakfast area was bright and clean, with several tables available. I saw that the selection included pastries, cereal, and fruit, covering a range of choices. Coffee and juice machines were easily accessible throughout breakfast service, a nice touch.

lovely stay

clean room helpful staff great breakfast

the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. i found the staff genuinely helpful with directions (which i always need!). breakfast had many options and the food tasted great.

the gym equipment was a little outdated.
